Yes, items that are not customized orders can be returned provided they are in the same condition received. Shipping fees to return the items or send them back to client is charged to the client.

Units under our ready to wear collections take 21 days to ship to client after full payment is made. Custom orders take 30 days after full payment is made. We charge a flat fee of NAD 1000.00 as a shipping charge at checkout. Once the order is placed based on exact location and delivery address of the client a final and more accurate fee is calculated, and the client will be asked to top up the difference or receive a refund if the flat fee charged at checkout is higher than the actual and final shipping fee.

Good can be returned within 7 days after receiving provided they are in the same condition and packaging as received. Refund will be processed after 30-60 days to the card used to purchase.
